The College has several meeting & teaching rooms with differing capacities and AV possibilities. The table below shows the rooms, capacity and the equipment in each room.
Important: The ICT office does have a single portable projector and laptop that can be used in rooms without AV built in. However, if this is required it is necessary to book using computer.office@bnc.ox.ac.uk at least 2 business days in advance.
During term time, it is possible to check the availability of each room below by visiting https://mrbs.bnc.ox.ac.uk. During vacation periods, all availability checks and bookings must go through the Conference Office (conference.manager@bnc.ox.ac.uk).
Booking a teaching room during term time: To book any of the teaching rooms during term time, please email the College Office on college.office@bnc.ox.ac.uk.
Booking a teaching room outside term time: To book any of the teaching rooms outside of term time, please contact the Conference Office on conference.manager@bnc.ox.ac.uk
