Users can access their workstations via remote desktop using the College’s Remote Access Gateway which can be accessed using a modern web browser.
Access to this system can be setup by the IT office on a per user basis with the permission from the user’s Line Manager. Requests for access can be sent to computer.office@bnc.ox.ac.uk
To access the service, visit the page below from a modern web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox or Safari).
Select “Login with my SSO” and login with your Single Sign On Credentials (e.g. bras****@OX.AC.UK) when presented with the WebAuth page.
Provided you have been setup on the system you will be presented with the Remote Desktop User Control Panel. If you see an additional login page, this suggests that you are not yet setup on the system. Contact computer.office@bnc.ox.ac.uk if this is the case.
