The Upper Libraries are open!

The Upper LIbraries re open at 0900hrs today after being shut since September 2016 to be refurbished.

Benfield and Loxley, our contractor, completed the work on schedule and I hope you will agree that the space is more beautiful than ever; particularly the refurbished ceiling.
